¾ cup cooking oil
1 cup sugar
½ cup honey
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 egg

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 T. water
2 T. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, and honey. Sift and add the flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Beat egg well and then add to mixture. Add pecans and mix well. Dough will be very stiff.
Grease and flour a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll style pan. Press mixture into pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 to 20 minutes.
While baking, mix glaze ingredients ½well and immediately spread over hot bars. Cool in pan and then cut. Makes 4½ dozen bars.½
