DRY MIX

2/3c All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
3 Tbs Granulated Sugar
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk everything together and store in an airtight container or jar. This is your ready-to-go mix.

To make cornbread:
1 Full Batch of the DRY MIX above
1 Egg
1/3 c Milk
2 Tbs Vegetable Oil or Melted Butter

Mix until just combined. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan or muffin tin.

Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and fully set.
