3 cups matzo farfel
2 1/2 cups hot water for soaking
6 eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter or oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Generously grease the muffin tin (I use silicone) with a bit of oil (not included in amount above).
Place in the oven to get hot for a few minutes.
Mix soaked and drained farfel, eggs, oil or melted butter, salt and pepper with a wooden spoon.
Spoon batter into the hot muffin tins (batter should sizzle).
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
Remove from oven and immediately run a knife around the edges to loosen.
Lay muffins on their side cool.
