pastry for two crust pie
3-4 cups fresh peaches
1 cup fresh blueberries (frozen fresh are ok too)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
⅔ - 1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons tapioca
½ salt
1 Tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle lemon juice over fruits; stir in sugar, salt, and tapioca. Pour mixture into pie shell and dot with butter. Put on top crust and seal well at edges. Cut small slits into the top crust and sprinkle with white sugar.
Bake 375º for 40-50 minutes until filling bubbles up through slits.
