1 pound of beef meatloaf mix not cooked
1/2 cup of dry rice cook lightly
One medium onion, chopped
One raw egg
Ketchup, salt, pepper, chopped garlic

Core. The cabbage. In a pot of water cover the cabbage cook to boiling 2 to 3 minutes turn frequently as it’s boiling. As the top leaves soften pull them off and drain save some of the cabbage water take off the leaves top layer at a time we cook if necessary to soften all layers

So for each leaf cut off that tough core in the center of the leaf. Put a heaping tablespoon of your mixture on it. Roll it place the leaf end side down in a large soup pot as you get to the top put the scraps and leftover water on the bottom so they don’t burn. Cover with water again 3/4 of the way up. Cover with jars of tomato one and a jar of chili sauce, salt pepper put two swirls of vinegar on top bring to a fast boil. Simmer an hour to 15 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes. Yum.
