Ingredients: 1 Orange or Yellow Cake Mix and the ingredients to make it 1 Orange Jell-O 1 Orange Pudding Mix 1 can Mandarin Oranges, juice reserved 1/2 cup Orange Juice
FILLING: 8 ozs Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup Cream 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 bag Chocolate Chips
FROSTING: 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 cup Walnuts, chopped fine 1 cup String Coconut 1 cup Pecans, chopped fine 1/2 cup Cream 1/2 cup Butter Orange juice reserved under ingredients

Directions: |
Directions:Make the cake according to pkg directions but add the jell'o, orange pudding mix, mandarin oranges and orange juice. Pour into two pans with removal bottoms that have been sprayed with oil and dusted with flour. Bake according to pkg directions and cool completely on wire rack. Make the filling from the ingredients listed and mix until combined. Take one of the layers and put the filling mixture over it carefully smoothing it to the edges. Take the second layer and place it over the first one to make a two layer cake. Make the frosting from the ingredients listed except for the two nuts and mix until combined. Sprinkle the top with the two nuts. Cut, serve and ENJOY! |
