1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground breakfast sausage
1½ lbs. baby gold or red potatoes, sliced thin
15 oz. jar of salsa
15 oz. can of northern beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz. can ranch style beans
11 oz. can Mexicorn
10¾ oz. can of cream of mushroom soup with garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Brown the ground beef and sausage in a skillet and drained.

Add to your crock pot and stir in remaining ingredients, except for the cheese.

Top with cheese and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours, or until potatoes are tender,
