2 cups Flour ** for gluten free use oat flour
2 tbs Baking Powder
2 tbs Lard or Crico
2 tbs Baking Soda
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and work with your fingers until crumbly and dry.
Cut into 1/4-inch stripes and hang over a rack to dry. If you don't have a rack, you can hang the noodles over a table or chairs to dry.
Dry until completely dried or at least 6 hours.
Once dry you can use them as any noodle or store in a sealed container for up to a year.
