Ingredients:  
1.5 - 2 lbs of ground beef
2 handfulls parmesan locatelli cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup of water
2 handfuls of bread crumbs
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1) Place ground beef in a bowl
2) Beat together the eggs and 1/4 water
3) chop the garlic (fine) and the parsley
4) add the garlic, parsley, cheese and bread crumbs
5) mix all eingedients together
6) roll meatballs into shape abiut 1 inch in diameter
7) Fry in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil

Later you could add to your sauce or just eat them as they come out of the pan
