1 16 ounce can refrigerated flaky biscuits
6 tablespoons melted butter
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Cut each biscuits into quarters. In a bowl toss the biscuit pieces in most of the melted butter to coat. Arrange the buttered biscuit pieces in a single layer in a greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese evenly over the biscuit pieces. Bake for 20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Brush with remaining butter over the top before serving.
