1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion, diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
2 cups Pasta (Rotini or Penne)
2 cups shredded Provolone Cheese
1 cup Beef Broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook meat and add onion, peppers, cooking until softened. Layer half of the pasta in the bottom of the crockpot. Add half of the beef and veggie mixture. Sprinkle half of cheese. Repeat layers.
In a small bowl, whisk together broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper. Pour over top of mixture in the crockpot. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until hot, creamy and cheese is fully melted.
