1 12oz. bag fresh cranberries

1/3 cup sugar

1 Tbsp. fresh lime/lemon juice (either)

1 Tbsp. orange juice & some zest

" to taste" finely chopped onion

"to taste" finely chopped jalapeno

"to taste" fresh chopped cilantro

Directions:

Put bag of washed and drained cranberries in food processor, chop till fine, remove

then add to mixing bowl with sugar.

Stir well and add remaining ingredients.

Cover with plastic wrap for at least 1 hour.

SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS
