2 - 10-oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 - 10-oz. pkg. cauliflower
15 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions and drain. Place in 9"x13" pan. Cut Velveeta into small cubes and mix with broccoli and cauliflower. Melt stick of butter and drizzle over mixture. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with 3 Tbsp. butter; sprinkle over pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
