2 pkg dry yeast
1 1/2 Cups warm water
2 tsp. Sugar
2 Cups cottage cheese
3 tbsp. Minced onion (grated is best)




1 tbsp. Dill weed
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine & add yeast, mix well
Add flour to make stiff dough (about 4 1/2 cups flour)
Knead& let rise to double, pinch down & knead, make into loaves.
Place in greased bread pans. Rise again.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (2 loaves) or until spuds hollow when you knock on it.
