1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons basil or Italian seasoning
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound spaghetti noodles
10-12 ounces frozen kale
Water, boiling

Directions:
Directions:
Put the Dutch oven on the stove top and turn to high heat.
Put the halved cherry tomatoes at the bottom of the Dutch oven and cover with the 1 teaspoon olive oil. Sprinkle on the basil and/or Italian seasoning and add the minced garlic to the bottom of the Dutch oven. Add the spaghetti noodles, and cover with boiling water. Continue to cook on high until the noodles are tender, about 5-10 minutes. Once the noodles are al dente, add the frozen kale (you could also use fresh) and turn off the burner and allow to evenly warm throughout. Serve and enjoy!
