Ingredients:
2 cans refrigerator biscuits, regular or Grands (or crescent rolls)*
1 large package Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies(or brand of your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375º F.
2. If using regular biscuits, cut each one in half. For Grands biscuits, I "try" to cut them in thirds. You can also cut them in fourths. They're a little small, but will go further.
3. Place a sausage on each piece of biscuit and wrap the dough around the sausage, stretching the dough slightly and trying to press the ends together.
4. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 12 minutes. Serve warm.

Personal Notes:
This is a staple in our family for almost any breakfast, brunch or party occasion. They are very "easy to eat", so we always make quite a few. Men, especially seem to enjoy these and we rarely have leftovers!

*We always use biscuits, but they're also good using refrigerated crescent rolls. To use these, cut each triangle in thirds and roll up starting at the short side, rolling to the point. Bake with point side down.
