4-5 Potatoes, peeled and chopped
4 cups Chicken Broth
4 tbsp. Butter
¼ cup Flour
1½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ cup Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese
Bacon Bits
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add the potatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to crockpot.
Set on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Mix the butter, flour, heavy cream, and sour cream. Whisk until thickened.
When the crockpot is done, pour in the thickened mixture. Stir, cover and set the crockpot to low for another 30 minutes.
Serve with cheese and bacon.
