4 cups Tepid water
2 packages Yeast
¼ cup Oil
¼ cup Honey
10 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in water.
2. Add ¼ cup oil and ¼ cup honey to water and yeast mixture. Stir until dissolved.
3. Add 5 cups unbleached flour. Stir until all mixed in. Then add 4 more cups of flour, one cup at a time mixing between adding cups. Mix until well blended.
4. Flour a surface with approximately 1 cup of flour.
5. Turn out dough on to floured surface. Knead until a nice ball forms.
6. Cover and let rise until it doubles in size.
7. Transfer to four loaf pans or make 24 rolls.
8. Let rise until it doubles.
9. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
