4 Pork Chops
½ cup hoisin sauce
2 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 Tablespoon orange juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Green onions, sliced for garnish

Preheat Oven to 375º F and prepare a baking tray with foil and cooking spray

In a bowl, mix together the hoisin, honey, soy sauce, garlic, oil, ginger and juice to create a marinade. Add to a gallon ziploc bag, the add the chops, seal and squeeze the chops, put into refrigerator until ready to bake

Place chops on the prepared baking tray, add all the marinade on the chops.Put foil on top of chops to keep the juices in

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until tender, switch oven to broil and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes to achieve a caramelized finish

Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving
