2C sugar
1 C oil
1 C water
4 T cocoa
2 C flour
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
1/2 C sour cream 1
t baking soda

Frosting:
1/2 C margarine or butter
4 T cocoa
6-8 t milk
3/4 Box confectionary sugar

Use softened buttter. Put all ingredients in a bowl except milk. Beat, adding milk gradually until speadable consistancy.

Bring water and oil and cocoa to a boil. Remove from stove and add flour, sugar and salt. In a separate bowl beat eggs, add sour cream and baking soda. Add to flour mixture, Mix well. Grease or pam a 11x15 jellyroll pan. ( may also be made in a 9x13) Bake at 375 20-25 minutes or until bounces back when touched with finger

This is a great dessert for a crowd. It is so delicious and tastes great for days, if it sould last that long.. Sometimes I have people over just to make this cake!
