1 Rack of ribs
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
2 Tbsp Kosher salt
1 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
BBQ sauce for topping

Directions:
Directions:
set smoker to 225º
Mix brown sugar, salt , pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in bowl until evenly distributed.
Prepare the ribs by removing membrane from the underside of ribs. Pat ribs dry with paper towel then spread thin layer of mustard on both sides of ribs. Generously apply your chosen gry rub to both sides, Massage into the meat evenly. Cove seasoned ribs with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 -60 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and place in smoker bone side down 3 -4 hours. Keep eye on the smoker to keep temp. Internal temp of ribs should be 190º- 200º
