1 Lbs. Ground Beef ( or Venison)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Garlic - Minced
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
10 oz package refrigerated Cheese Tortellini
1 Cup Beef Broth
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
5 oz Baby Spinach and Arugula mixture (or all Spinach) - about 4 cups
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese - grated

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add olive oil and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned.
3. Add in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Cook another minute util fragrant.
4. Add cheese tortellini and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 7 minutes.
5. Stir in butter util melted.
6. Add Spinach mix to the skillet and cook until wilted.
7. Add parmesan cheese and stir until well blended.
