2 Portobello Mushrooms (stems cut off & gently scrape off the black gills)
1/8 cup Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
S+P to taste

Carmelized Onions
Avocado slices
Arugula
Mozzarella or Manchego Cheese
Mustard Aioli (1/2 cup mayo, 1 garlic clove minced, 1 tbsp Dijon, 1 tsp lemon juice, S+P, 1 tsp fresh cilantro)

2 Large soft Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Carmelize the onions.

Whisk the Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, S+P & marinade the mushrooms for at least 10 mins but no longer than 30 mins.

Prep the rest of the ingredients.

Shake excess marinade & then grill mushrooms (or use indoor grill pan) 4 - 5 mins a side.

Build your slider as you want or like the below:

Top Bun (with aioli spread on it)
Arugula
Onions
Sliced avocado
Cheese
Mushroom
Bottom Bun (with aioli spread on it)
