1 Cup Flour
¼ Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ Cup Butter or Margarine, softened
¾ Cup of Milk
1 Egg
1 (21 oz.)Can Fruit Pie Filling (Apple, Cherry, Peach, blueberry etc.)
Sugar (or Cinnamon Sugar for Apple or Peach filling

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix batter: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, milk, and egg. Beat until smooth.
3. Prepare the dish: Grease a 9-inch pie plate and pour in the batter, spreading evenly.
4. Add fruit: Spoon the fruit pie filling into the center,
leaving a 1-inch border. Do not stir!
5. Sprinkle sugar (or cinnamon-sugar for apple/peach).
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and
fully baked.
7 Cool & enjoy! Serve warm with ice cream or whipped
cream for extra indulgence.
