3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 pkg. yeast
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
2 T. sugar
2 c. warm milk
Powdered sugar
Enough oil to cook zippoli in pot or oil fryer

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place flour in large bowl, sprinkle yeast and other ingredients
2. Beat 10 minutes by hand vigorously or 5 min. with Kitchen Aid
3. Let set for 2 hours, covered in a warm place
4. Take a dough size amount with fingers or ice cream scoop.
5. Cook in oil at 375’, turning to cook zippoli entirely with a slotted spoon
6. Place cooked zippoli on paper towel
7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
