2 lbs. chop meat
1 lb. chop pork
1 large onion chopped
1 small box of mushrooms chopped
1 carrot stalk grated
3 slices of bread-remove crust
1/2 c. milk-soak bread in milk
3 large eggs
8 slices of American cheese
1/2 c. Italian Romano Cheese
1 T. honey
1/2 c. Catsup
1/4 c. olive oil
4 bacon strips-cut in half
Salt and pepper to your taste

2 c. beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion, mushrooms, and carrot in olive oil until soft. Set aside and drain.
2. Soak bread in milk
3. Spray large pan with Pam
4. Mix all ingredients in large bowl
5. Shape into large loaf in pan
6. Cut bacon stripes in half and place on top of meat loaf
7. Cook meat loaf at 350’ for 1 hr. 15 minutes or until temp is 160’

Gravy
1. Place meat loaf on large plate and cover with foil while making gravy.
2. In pan, mix 2 cups of beef broth and 2 cups of potato water.
3. With wire wisk, stir broth, potato water and remains in pan.
4. Thicken with Wondra
5. Strain
