1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
Flour to make a soft dough (about 2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar and yeast together. Let stand several minutes. Add vegetable oil and salt and enough flour to make a soft but not sticky dough. Knead together, cover and let rise till doubled. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and spread out to fit. Prick bottom with a fork.
Prebake at 425°F for 8 minutes. Add pizza toppings and continue baking till done. Makes enough for two pizza pans or one large cookie sheet.
Prebaked crusts may be frozen.
