4 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
½ cup dark brown sugar
½ cup chilled unsalted butter (1/2" cubes)
2 cups toasted walnuts chopped
2 cups chilled buttermilk
2 eggs
4 T mollasses

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the eggs, buttermilk and molasses. Cut in butter with flours, sugar, baking soda, salt. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients with the walnuts. Knead about 6 times...Flatten into a disc and cut 12 tirangles. Make an X on top of each triangle. Bake 375º for 30 min.
