1 can mushrooms
½ c. butter
¼ c. flour
3 c. milk
6 oz. cheddar cheese
⅛ tsp. tobasco sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire
1 5 oz. water chestnuts slice
3 pk. frozen green beans
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter & add flour. Put milk in double boiler, heat gently and add mushrooms stirring constantly, add cheese and sauce cook until thick. Remove from heat, add chestnuts. Cook beans in salted water until tender. Drain and mix with sauce. Bake at 350º for 20 min. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
