10 ounces Condensed cream of chicken soup
4 ounces Velveeta Cheese cut in small chunks
2 tsp dry onion flakes
1 tbsp butter
¼ cup dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in 1½ quart casserole dish
Mix soup, cheese and onion together in small saucepan
Heat until cheese melts and pour over carrots
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in the crumbs, sprinkle over the top
Bake uncovered 350º for about 20-30 minutes

If you don’t have onion flakes I would sauté a few real onions as a substitute
