6 large potatoes
½ C. flour
½ C. grated Parmesan cheese
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ C. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Pare potatoes, cut into quarters. Combine flour, cheese, salt
and pepper in a plastic Ziploc bag. Moisten potatoes with water
and shake, a few at a time, in bag, coating potatoes well.
Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Place potatoes in
layer in dish. Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour, turning once
during baking.
