1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
2 C. salted water

Sauce:
1 C. sour cream
3 T. finely chopped onion
1/2 t. celery seed
1/4 t. salt
1 t. sugar
2 t. vinegar
1 t. horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and trim broccoli. Split stalks if large. Place in large saucepan with salted water or steam, cover, over boiling water 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.

Blend sauce ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.

When broccoli is done, drain well and place on serving platter.

Pour prepared sauce over broccoli. Serve at once if served hot. To serve cold, cool, cover and chill broccoli. Arrange in serving platter and pour sauce over.
