1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
¾ c tomato juice
1 c mayonnaise
½ c chopped pimento
½ c finely diced bell pepper
16 black olives, sliced
1 t lemon pepper
Salt to taste
2 c grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
8?? chicken breasts, cooked and chopped coarsely

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Whisk together soups, tomato juice, and mayonnaise. Add pimento, bell pepper, olives and seasonings; then stir in cheese, spaghetti and chicken. Place into a covered, greased 4-quart casserole dish and bake
for 1 hour until bubbly. Can use part of the cheese on top. Makes 12 servings.

Copied straight out of the church cookbook. Obviously calls for way too much chicken. I use about half that amount.
