1 cup melted butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 brown sugar
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter plus 1 T
1/2 tsp vanilla
11 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it's too soft add a little more powdered sugar. Press into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate.

Melt cholate chips with 1 T peanut butter in the microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes. Pour over the peanut butter mixture. Spread with a spatula or tap pan on counter to even out.

Refrigerate bars until chocolate has hardened. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting so the chocolate doesn't crack.
