2/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
8 large baking apples, Pealed into1/2 " slices about 12 cups
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
1 pouch Betty Crocker Oatmeal cookie mix
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. In a large bowl mix together, syrup, flour and cinnamon, mix well. Add apples, toss and coat evenly. Spread in ungreased 13x9 glass baking dish.

In same bowl, cut in butter (using pastry blender) into cookie mix. ( will look Coarse crumbs). Stir in pecans. Put crumble mixture over apples.

Bake for 30 minutes, cover loosely with foil and bake another 10 -15 minutes or until apples are tender.
