Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 9" pie crust, homemade or store-bought
1½ cups broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk or half-and-half
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Opt: ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out pie crust; fit it into a 9" pie dish. Trim and crimp the edges as desired.
Prepare the broccoli: Steam the broccoli florets for 3-4 min until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Assemble the quiche: In the prepared pie crust, evenly spread the chopped broccoli and diced ham. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Prepare the egg mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or half-and-half, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
Fill the quiche: Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli, ham, and cheese in the pie crust. If desired, sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake: Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 min until the filling is set and the top is lightly golden. If the crust edges start to brown too quickly, cover them with foil during baking.
Cool and serve: Allow the quiche to cool for 10 min before slicing. Serve warm or at room temp.
