3 cups corn chex
3 cups wheat chex
3 cups rice chex
2 cups pretzels
2 cups mixed nuts
1 to 1 1/2 sticks of salted butter
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
6 to 12 dashes of hot sauce (I always use more than that, but you can make it as spicy as you want)
3 to 5 garlic cloves, mashed (I just buy a jar of minced in the produce section)

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees

2. Dump the corn, wheat, rice cereal into a large mixing bowl. Add the pretzels and nuts.

3. In a microwave safe bowl, add butter, Worcestershire, seasoned salt, paprika, chili powder, inion powder, hot sauce and garlic and microwave until the butter is melted. Stir together and toss into the cereal mixture, stirring as you go.

4. Transfer the mixture to 1 or 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper for 1 hour 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Let cool and store in containers.

Sometimes I add goldfish crackers or mini cheez-its
