24 large fresh strawberries
1/2 cup spreadable strawberry cream cheese
3 tablespoons of sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from strawberries. Place point side up on a cutting board. Cut deep "X" in top of each beery. Carefully spread strawberries apart. In a bowl beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Pipe or spoon filling into each berry refrigerate until ready to serve.

For a special touch melt enough melting chocolate for dipping and dip each strawberry.
