8 oz pkg creamed cheese
1 egg
1/2 C sugar
1/2 t salt
1 C semi sweet morsels
1 1/2 C water
1t vanilla
1/2 C oil
1T vinegar
2 1/4 C flour
1 1/2 C sugar
1/4 C cocoa
1 1/2 t baking powder
3/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients and then stir in semi-sweet morsels.
In separate bowl beat water, oil, vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and beat again.
Fill paper lined standard cupcake tins 1/2 full of chocolatel batter. Top with 2 heaping teaspoons of cream mixture. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and sugar.
Bake 350 for 30-35 min or until lightly browned and toothpick somes out clean.
