Refrigerated crescent roll dough
Softened butter
Granulated sugar or brown sugar
Ground cinnamon
Cream cheese icing or powdered sugar – to top them off.

Unroll the crescent dough sheets on a cutting board. Separate it into triangles.

Spread each dough triangle with about 1/2 tablespoon of softened butter.

In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture onto the dough triangles.

Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle into a crescent shape.

Place the rolls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or into a parchment paper lined air fryer basket.

Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.

Oven – Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for 11-13 minutes until the rolls are golden brown.

Air fryer – Bake in a 330-degree F oven for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
Let them cool slightly. Then place them on a wire rack. Dust them with powdered sugar or drizzle them with store-bought cream cheese icing.
