1 lb. ground beef or turkey
½ tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion, dried
1 c. ketchup, no salt added
½ tsp. ground mustard
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. salt free chili powder
1-½ tsp. cider vinegar
½ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl add garlic powder, ground mustard, chili powder, pepper, water, cider vinegar, and ketchup. Wish together and set aside.

Place ground beef/turkey and onion into a large nonstick skilled over medium heat until meat is browned. Be sure to break up the meat into small chunks.

Combine bowl of ingredients to the beef. Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally.

Serve on buns or over tater tots topping with shredded cheese!
