1 lb New York Sharp Cheddar, grated
2 cups flour (regular or gluten free)
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 tsp salt
Cayenne pepper (optional and to taste)
4 cups Rice Krispie cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Combine all ingredients except Rice Krispies.
Add Rice Krispies about a cup at a time and mix with hands.
Form into small balls and flatten with a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes.
