5 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon
salt
pepper
½ lb. butter, in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Use a shallow roasting pan. Rinse shrimp thoroughly and place in pan. Mix garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice together. Pour over shrimp. Salt and pepper to taste. Dot shrimp with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 350º turning every 5 to 10 minutes until shrimp is very pink. Serve with hard crust rolls, using the rolls to dip in the juice from the shrimp.
