6 oz flat egg noodles
1 C each chopped celery, onion
2 T butter
2 6 oz cans tuna, drained
1 C frozen peas
1 C milk
1/2 C sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp minced parsley
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
20 Ritz crackers, coarsely crumbled
2 T melted butter for drizzling
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish.
Prepare noodles according to directions to al dente, drain and set aside.
Cook celery and onions in butter until soft.
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl combine noodles, celery, onion, tuna, peas, milk, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper to taste, parsley, dill and Old Bay Seasoning. Toss well.
Spoon noodle mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle crumbled crackers evenly over top then drizzle with melted butter to help with browning. Finally, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake until top is golden brown and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
