1/2 pound pork sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1 Tbsp Flour
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs beaten
1 Tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 deep dish pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown sausage and break up well. Drain sausage on paper towels.
3. Sauté onion in butter.
4. Combine cheese and flour.
5. Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
6. Bake on cookie sheet 35-40 minutes or until filling is set.
