8-10 lb bone-in fully cooked ham
½ cup water
½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup honey
2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground cloves
4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300ºF. Trim away the rind and discard. Set ham aside to rest at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
2. Score a diamond pattern over the entire ham, do not go deeper than ¼ inch. Place ham in roaster, add ½ cup water and cover. Bake for 30 minutes.
3. Heat butter in small sauce pan medium heat until golden brown. Add in brown sugar, honey, mustard, cinnamon and cloves. Cook until brown sugar has completely dissolved. Reduce heat to low and add garlic. Allow it to become fragrant. Cook for a couple more minutes until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
4. After 30 minutes of bake time, remove ham from oven and increase oven temperature to 425ºF. Pour ⅓ of the glaze over the ham. Return to oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
5. Every 15 minutes glaze with another ⅓ of the glaze and pan juices. Bake until a dark-golden crust has formed.
