2 C diced cooked chicken
2 C diced celery
¾ C slivered almonds
2 tsp grated onion ( or less)
½ C shredded cheese
½ tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 C mayonnaise
½ tsp prepared mustard
1 C crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 º

Mix the first six ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix the remaining ingredients and fold into the chicken mixture. Pour into a casserole dish, sprinkle the crushed potato chips on top and bake for 15-20 minutes.
