"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
This is the base to make several different favor oatmeal squares. After mixing the following together, you can pick what flavor to make the squares. You can also divide the mixture and make a couple different flavors. Just divide the add-ins proportionly as well.

Base:
2 cups Old Fashion Oats
3/4 cup Fairlite Milk
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

ADD-INS:
Blueberry/Walnut:
1/4 chopped walnuts
2 Tbs Truvia Brown Sugar
2 cups fresh/frozen blueberries

Peach/Pecan:
1/2 Honey Roasted Pecans
2 Tbs Truvia Brown Sugar
2 cups canned/frozen sliced peaches

Banana Foster:
2 Bananas (sliced into about 24 slides)
3/4 cup Honey Roasted pecans
2 Tbs coconut oil
2 Tbs Butter
2 Tbs Honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
1) Mix all the base ingredients together. If you are going to make multiple flavors, now is the time to evenly divide your batter.

With the peach/pecan, you will just simply add all the add-in ingredients and mix well.

2) with the Blueberry/walnut mix everything but the blueberries into the base mix and mix well. You will place the blueberries on top after scooping the batter into the muffin tins to avoid making the batter turn a gray color if you were to mix it in now.

3) Banana Foster :
Pour the base into the muffin tins. Slice the banana up. In a skillet heat the coconut oil, butter, honey to a boil. Add the bananas in. Allow them to cook for about 2-3 mins untill a golden brown. Flip and do the same to the other side. Now place a couple of bananas in each muffin tin on top of the oatmeal. Spoon a little sauce over each muffin.
Bake muffins for 20-25 mins
