1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 T. onion, diced finely
1 clove garlic, minced
1½ T. dried parsley flakes
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. white vinegar
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
In a 1 quart bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Makes about 1½ cups. Great on your favorite green salad.
