For dough: (will make 2 crusts)
1 pkg yeast
¼ c warm water
1 c milk, scalded
¼ c sugar
¼ c shortening (or 3 T olive oil)
1 t salt
3½ c flour
1 egg

For pizza:
1 lb Italian sausage, browned & drained
1 recipe Dough mix
Mozzarella cheese
Romano cheese
1 can tomato paste
1 clove garlic
½ t red pepper
2 T olive oil
Thin sliced mushrooms
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
For dough:
Soften yeast in warm water. Combine milk, sugar, shortening & salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add 1½ c flour and beat well. Beat in yeast & egg. Gradually add remaining flour to form soft dough, beating well. Place in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover & let rise for 1½-2 hours.

For pizza:
Combine tomato paste, sauce, garlic, red pepper & olive oil. Simmer for 10 min. Halve dough for each pizza dish. Form to greased disk. Sprinkle Romano cheese over dough; add sauce, sausage, mushrooms & parsley. Top with more Romano & more mozzarella cheese. Bake @ 500º for 15 min.
